The following Message appears: "Dongle not found - Software runs in DEMO Mode". What can I do?

Please check if the USB dongle is connected and the little red LED lights.

If not, try the dongle with another USB port. Do not use USB extension cables or hubs/switches.

If the control LED of the dongle lights, but you still receive this message, reinstall the dongle driver.
The setup for driver installation (cbusetup.exe) is to be found at C:\Program files\cranimax\CM 3\

Please check also if there is a valid license file like (E.g.) "SN-100_123.Lizenz" (in C:\Program files\cranimax\CM 3)
