The craniMAX GmbH provide the CRANE MANAGER for the crane engineering industry. The system is divided in two program parts. The first part is the CRANE MANAGER data which is easy to use software for a quick and reliable determination of outrigger loadings / ground pressures by using duty charts in addiction to selected crane combination, load case and boom position. The user can decide for a direct configuration selection, automatic research over load, radius and height or research over an obstacle. The calculation and capacity check will be done in real-time. All our data bases based on original charts, resp. geometrically information from the particular manufacturers. If more crane models are necessary, you can compare selected cranes or compare your entire fleet to get the best crane for each case of job site. All project files will be saved automatically during runtime and are ready to reload, modify, or additions at any time.

The second part is the CRANE MANAGER graphics and integrates an interaction with a 3D-CAD system. The selected crane model (or a complete fleet) will be imported true to scale in your jobsite drawing and can be navigated with our control bar in any direction. The calculation and capacity check is always running in real-time the background.

CRANE MANAGER 2011 graphics (3D) provides you a unrivaled Tandem / Multilift function.

Prepare your 3D-load, connect all required cranes ( 2 till max. 8) together with this load. Load this assembly into your CAD-system and start to simulate the complete activity, or arrange and display by using the copy function all critical steps for this Tandem / Multilift. As a matter of course, all involved cranes will be checked at any time if they are still in whose permitted range of movement and of course, if the dedicated load is still valid.

In addition the following modules will be integrated in your CAD system: MCC - Multi Crane Control for layer control for the final plotting, OBB - Obstacle Builder creates your 3D- environment / obstacles true to scale into your drawing, RHL - Rigging, Hook and Load can create very complex three-dimensional load cases. The OBB and RHL provide both a library for all pre-defined parts and reduce the time for further project creations.

The following languages can be selected after the installation:

German - English - French - Italian - Spanish - Danish - Chinese - Japanese - Russian - Polish - Czech.

Hardware: IBM-compatible PC, Pentium 2GHz or better with at least 3GB RAM, hard disk at least ca.10GB free space (depends on number of crane data), DVD-ROM drive, Mouse or similar pointing device.

Monitor: Screen resolution with minimum 1280x1024 Pixel with 16Bit colors.

Operating System: CRANE MANAGER can be installed on Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista Business/Ultimate and Windows 7 Business. We support 32 and 64Bit Systems.

CAD-System: AutoCAD® 2009 - 2012 full version or Bricscad® V11 Pro or Platinum (only required for 3D simulation), please check requirements (disc space, required RAM etc.) of AutoCAD® or Bricscad®. AutoCAD® LT is explicit NOT supported.

Software requirements: if Crane Manager needs to be installed on a 64bit system, no 32bit Access must be installed.
