Swedish Mobile Crane Association 17.11.2003 Svenska Mobilkranföreningen in Zweibrücken

The annual journey of the Svenska Mobilkranföreningen (Swedish Mobile Crane Association) led 40 Swedes to Zweibrücken, where they visited the TEREX-DEMAG facility. On their last day in Germany, craniMAX was invited to present the new CRANIMATION V2.5.

After the presentation there was a raffle for a CRANIMATION graphics full release.

We say "thank you" to a large amount of visitors and interested people who came to see us whilst the CRANIMATION presentations at the occasion of the TEREX Open Days / Zweibrücken from 23rd to 27th September 2003.

We say also thank you to all participants of our raffle of a full version CRANIMATION V2.5 graphics.

EVER WONDERED what they are talking about when your crane manufacturer refers to a starr angebauter Hilfsausleger?
  Worry no more*.
  Software developer Cranimax has added a feature to its website that offers translations of specialist crane industry terms between English, German and French.
  Cranitrans is a translation tool specially for crane technical terms. It has been developed from a list of 730 terms compiled by Demag's chief engineer Klaus Meissner, based on the draft crane standard EN 13000. His goal was to aid communication with customers around the world. Cranimax is an independent company, but provides software for Demag.
  Meissner's list is now freely available on the Cranimax website (www.cranimax.com) by clicking on the bottom button on the lefthand menu, labelled as 'extras' in German or 'special' in English.
  'The list is not comprehensive but it was thought that, similar to other translations lists on the web, it will grow by additional terms and definitions sent in from users,' Meissner said. On the site, Cranimax invites users to e-mail additions and corrections.
